Such a delicious addition to Dorrigo! Pastries are perfectly soft and flaky, cakes and doughnuts are all well balanced in flavour. My favourite weekend routine.

Beth is awesome! We popped in for a late afternoon tea and were lucky enough to try the last few croissants of the day. They were absolutely delicious and we loved being able to chat about the process as she was making tomorrows batch. Thank you!

Hands down best savoury croissant I've ever had, tops Lune Croissanterie in Melbourne. Flakey, soft & buttery, filled with bechamel and local ham...devine! The vanilla slice is also killer, what an amazing selection thank you for blessing us with all the treats!

Best croissants on the coast, hands down. Everything made here is done with care and skill and it shows. An absolute must if you are in Dorrigo on the weekend, but go early as they sell out quickly!
