Pandora

I originally went to Pandora Joondalup about my faulty bangle and they fobbed me off and told me to clean it. I did and it didn’t solve the issue so today I went into Pandora Whitfords today with my faulty bangle and Michelle was so lovely and helped me get a whole different bangle due to it being faulty. She was so lovely and I cannot thank her enough as I really wanted to wear my charms! Totally recommend going there for any issues!!

I went into whitfords pandora today after driving there from midland, they were so busy but the sales lady (I think it was De’anne I’m not sure her name) but she was so helpful and after helping me with my 2 charms and putting them on my bracelet telling me she wasn’t happy with the bracelet size that she thought I needed a bigger one (after being told from a Joondalup pandora staff member the size was fine) the sales lady with no hesitation swapped my bracelet and put all my charms on how I wanted and left me feeling really satisfied that I had driven all the way there from midland just to get 2 charms.Thanks for the great service and I will definitely be coming back to this store for all my pandora needs.

Went to this pandora store, looking for the knotted heart bracelet as it had sold out previously. The staff were so friendly and very helpful, they didn't have my size so the lovely lady rang 3 other stores, and when she found one that had my size asked them to put it on hold for me until I could get up there to get it.

Whitfords is always the best Pandora store. At Joondalup you always feel rushed and pushed out the door.Staff are super friendly and always attend to your needs. They give great product recommendations and help you (even if you tell them that you’re not buying today, you’re coming in to find your ring size so someone else can buy!!).

Staff are always so helpful and are like personal shoppers! Know what stock they have and where it is. Makes for a great shopping experience.

Michelle today was a absolute pleasure! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at any pandora shop, Pandora whitfords Is the only shop I’ll return to from now on. She did a great job with cleaning my jewellery& even better customer service. Well done!

Exceptional service from Katie and Annie. These two girls couldn't do enough to ensure I left with sparkling clean jewellery and a smile on my face. Was unsure on what ring to purchase that day but will be going out of my way to return to this store because of the excellent customer experience I had because of these wonderful ladies. My first time shopping here & will definitely be back. I was approached & helped as soon as i walked in. Michelle was the staff member that helped me and she was lovely. Awesome customer service! Really happy with my purchase , and really happy with the level of customer service given.
