Pity I can't add a plus... they would deserve six stars out of 5. By far the best agency and people I have ever had the pleasure to do business with (as a tenant). Would recommend very highly to anymore moving into Chinchilla and anywhere else they may be managing properties.

Well what can I say..1 star is too much for this rating...If you own your home do not let this realestate manage it..They will take your money but rarely do routine inspections...My house was a nightmare.Everywhere I looked something was hanging off..Bond cleans were non existent but money was taken out of bond...Bodgy jobs done by realestate handyman and you pay top dollar..They will say anything to keep you happy but really your investment property will not be looked after..Avoid this realestate at any cost...This realestate should not be in business as it is a Sham.They also charge a $50 monthly management fee for what I don't know..Other realestates in town will charge you $100 quarterly.Many other people have had problems with this realestate so you have been warned..

The property manager is a joke she will do everything possible to rip you off. Tried to charge us $540 for mopping a floor that was already cleaned.

Worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with in my life. They will say and do anything to keep your bond. Repairs will not be done. Do yourself a favour and avoid them like the plague. If you do use them. Do not expect to get your bond back. kiss it goodbye.

Without a doubt the sloppiest most unprofessional agency on the Downs. If you need a property managed do yourself a favour and find someone else
