Terrible experience, that was the roughest dental cleaning I’ve ever had. There was nothing that Deepa did not rush. I have never experienced that much pain in a 6 month check up. The whole experience felt like I was being pushed out the door.

Went to this practice originally to repair my front teeth. I was happy with the quote and went ahead with the work. 2 front teeth were capped and I had a denture made for a neighbouring front tooth.The denture I could only wear once as it was so uncomfortable, just didn’t fit and my front tooth broke 6 weeks after the procedure. I went back and the dentist re capped and inserted rods.12 months on my tooth is broken again.Cheap and nasty workI also had a filling done at this practice which lasted 3 weeks. It didn’t fall out, I think it dissolved

I had 2 tooth extractions done and they were extremely helpful and friendly. Quick and efficient.

First time going to a dentist since I was a kid I was so anxious as I needed a tooth removed I was put at ease and got quotes before the procedure started. Will definitely be going back

Been to a few other dentist previously and always found the exerience to take forever and extremely uncomfortable.This place has been an much better experience. Excellent, honest dentist, cleaned my teeth quickly, just the way I like it. Didn't hurt. Good experience. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Thank you Deepa

Well bookings don't mean anything, you might be waiting an hour before you can get your turn.I have been here twice now and 1st time around the waiting time was about hour fifteen minutes.The filling done was extremely painful for 2 weeks, was not able to eat any thing properly.2nd time i did not had any one to sit with our child and requested an half an our delay on my booking but they refused. Nevertheless waited another hour to see the dentist.Really disappointed not coming back.Update: I was not late for my appointment, I travel 1 hour to be there and in worst case I would have been there at 9:32am the time I got to see dentist was 10:25am as I did complain you the receptionist and the dentist for about the same. You guys are absolute liers.About the baby I do not have any one to look after that was the reason I asked for half hour.When I arrived baby was settled for the entire time as baby was fed and clean as baby did not cry in reception for an hour u made me wait.My disappointment is if you knew there will be 2 people ahead of me at that time could have easily moved my appointment but refused and made me wait and now lie about it on reviews.

They tried telling me it was a thousand dollars to fix my teeth went to another Dentist in Ingleburn and i was charged only $260. I also got a filling here 2 years ago it has already fallen out and it was the wrong colour so i wasnt impressed at all, and she used my thousand dollar governemt dental sceme benefit in 2 hours when I got 3 sessions out of another place in Ingleburn would not ever reccomend this dentist in Saywell Rd .

Dr Deepa did a great job on my extraction. I was worried the tooth would crumble, but she managed to pull it out whole. Good price. Also did a good job on my filling. Thank you

Had an appointment booked for my two school aged children and when arrived the place was closed with a sign 'Closed for Maintenance'. No phone call to advise appointment was cancelled, no message, nothing! Pulled my children out of school early for this appointment and was just a complete waste of time! Will not be returning!

I went to Macquarie Fields dental care for a root canal and crown. The dentist spent 6 sessions on my tooth and did a really dodgy job on the root canal. My tooth split in half one Saturday and was really badly infected. I went for emergency treatment to another dentist in Liverpool and this dentist showed me the x-rays on how badly this treatment was done and how infected my tooth was with bone damage in the gums. I had to get the tooth extracted after spending so much time and money. Will not recommend this surgery to anyone.
