Avoid this place at all costs!!!Absolutely useless and incompetent staff!!! Went to pick up my bridesmaids dress the day before the wedding, 1 WEEK after dropping it off, only to find they hadn’t finished it. This is despite me reiterating multiple times that I need it on the Friday morning. I ended up having to drive a 4 hour round trip back the morning of the wedding to make up for their f*** up! On top of that, they are VERY overpriced and RUDE. I didn’t even get an apology.

I have used Coomera Dry Cleaning many times. It is conveniently located for me and I am always happy with my items being cleaned. They even did my doona inserts and mattress toppers and they came back like new.

Took a couple of pairs of trousers for my lazy husband after work one afternoon, being naive to the cost of drycleaning at the time didn't realise how badly I was being ripped off until lazy husband later laughed at me. For small jobs, absolute rip-off I now realise.

WEDDING DRESS LOOKS LIKE NEW!I was a bit hesitant using this drycleaner because of the bad reviews it has but they were located on my way home from work so I decided to give them a try.They gave me a quote to have my Daughter's wedding dress cleaned and told me it would take about two weeks. They phoned me within a week to say it was ready and when I picked it up it looked beautiful.I was very pleased with the friendly, efficient service and will be using them again.Very happy customer.

Took new Black Jacket to get dry cleaned, when I picked it up found bleach stain on front of it. Robert was very unhelpful. Robert's business has no policies and procedures in place to deal with these situations. After failed negotiations we are taking this further to QLD department of fair trading.I would not recommend anyone to use this business.

Dropped two pairs of trousers in Wednesday 9th August for pick up Thursday 10th August'1 pair to be dry cleaned 2nd pair lower hem of trouser legs. Picked up Thursday, put trousers on Saturday for work' massive stain in leg of trousers' rang Saturday morning guy said bring back we will re- do no charge' took back, not sure how the girls missed that he said, we will do them now' I said I have to go to work will pick up Monday. Monday went to pick up, couldn't find trousers, they are not pressed yet I'll do them in a minute I'll just serve this customer, who arrived after me' then get my pants, in the car 5 minutes phone rings, dry cleaners, you didn't pay for pants, then explained and hung up. Next day went to put pants on, same stain still there' 4 trips to this place dry cleaned twice and no different' I honestly believe this Company just presses everything and charge for dry cleaning, in which they clearly do not, so now looking for another 'Don't use them, quite rude as well, customer service 3 out of 10

Disgusting behaviour by both the man and woman who I spoke with on the phone. We dropped off our order, only to then receive half of that on pick up. Noticed the error when we got home and had to wait until the morning to call. The man raised his voice and treated me like dirt when I explained that there was a mistake, he stated he would call me back, an hour passed and still no call, I phoned them back and the woman stated UGH

Good service. Convenient location. Bit expensive.

Always refreshing to see the suit after it's been cleaned by you guys. Yet to find a similar pressing elsewhere. Worth every dollar.

Very helpful, friendly staff. I'm so happy with the result.
