Absolutely amazing experience. Friendliness during the initial booking phone call, a warm welcome from every member of the team a nice relaxing wash and an excellent haircut to follow.The ladies at valet make you feel like a long lost friend. I have a 10 week old baby and they were so accommodating. I felt so comfortable breastfeeding and holding him throughout the session....even the owner held him for a bit!I highly recommended this salon! Best experience and best staff.Thank you, thank you!!!

Kathy and her team are fantastic. The atmosphere at the salon is chill and friendly.Kathy has done miracles with my hair colour. I am now a blonde and I love it.I know there are other services offered and there are 2 rooms up the stairs especially for whatever treatment you may want.I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Valet Salon. Give yourself a treat and know you are going to leave better than you walked in.

Been a customer for a few years but I had to change salons. The owner is lovely but she is not up to date with current trends and techniques. The final straw was when I was told no" for simple highlights and lowlights. Went to another recommended hairdresser in Rockdale and got exactly what I wanted

I had the most incredible experience with the girls.I had my hair done to the exact cut I envisioned. We also went with some hair colouring to top it off which looked absolutely sublime.Friendly, knowledgeable and professional.I recommend anyone who's nervous with changing their hairstyles, these gals will sort you right out.

$425 dollars and I ended up bright yellow and partly orange hair. It took another hairdresser 3 months to repair the damage. Treatment after treatment. On complaining , the response was.. yr never happy! Exactly .. because you cannot understand the assignment! Photos r only taken of customers who’s hair has turned out ok,,. Extremely bad form

Kathy has been doing my hair for two years now and she always listens to how I want my hair to look and feel and always delivers my requests. My blonde and foils look magic…..and don’t throw copper!!! Very happy customer.
