These people truely do know their stuff and are the best of the best at their jobs. My beagle peanut had a seizure and the team were able to calm his hot mess of a mother and give me all of the information and calm energy I desperately needed after what felt like the worst thing to happen in my life.Dr Baccetti and the team were beyond wonderful and I’m thankful that they chose to be in the occupations they did because they are exceptional at their job.Again thank you so so much

The vet was very attentive t my explanation is what was going on with Daisy. She explained the most likely situation given all the that happened.

I was referred to Dr Straw and his team from my cat's usual vet due to a suspected cancer. The process ran quickly and smoothly, and although the results were unfortunately untreatable, BVSC gave me the full spectrum of options, were open and transparent and supportive of my decisions moving forward, and worked collaboratively with her usual vet.If your pet is referred to BVSC, they will receive exceptional service & care. Thank you BVSC.Side note, while I was waiting for my cat to be released following surgery, I happened across an injured juvenile Currawong. I called a number of wildlife rescue centres who could not assist, but BVSC were happy to take the bird in also :)

Absolutely brilliant vet! I don't have a bad word to say about these guys! From Susan and the admin team to Dr Darren... Everyone showed great respect and empathy in what was a was a very stressful time in my life. You can really tell the staff here all care very much about you and most importantly your pet!

We’ve had to visit BSVC during a few emergencies for our pet dog over the years providing excellent care and service. Our final visit, despite being very tough where we had to say goodbye to our beloved family dog, we still appreciated the effort the team went to and trusted the care and advice we received.

Everything about my pets care was explained to me. Very caring vets and vet nursesIm not complaining but I went in to have a cough explored and came out non the wiserI know that a cough can be attributed to heart problems, which is what was decided to be examined, so mmm not sure if ill go back for the cough exploration to be honest as the quote is $3,500 to find out if my dog has a collapsed trachea

BVSC are absolute specialists. No one wants to have to goto a specialist for their animal but they made it so comfortable. A really terrible time I was going through was mitigated massively by how much love and affection they showed my dog. I could genuinely tell that all the staff thoroughly wanted a good outcome for her, and that she was in the best possible hands. You are absolute life-savers in every essence of the word. There are no words I can possibly use to describe how much of a positive impact you’ve had on me and my family. But thank you.
