Very efficient service, friendly team always happy to help, they replaced an old aircon unit at our business, prompt and reliable service, would definitely recommend!

Always want to support local business. Arrived late without contact. Informed us that air con required a part or replacement via an app. I have made many attempts to contact company via phone and email for an answer and to proceed without success. Would not recommend this company. Mark if you read this I do not know how you can run a business like this! The only decent thing to do would be give us our callout fee back don't you think? Very disappointed! One star only because I had to!

Forrest Air installed our air conditioning 13 years ago and were fine. However, when it died a couple of days ago, they promised to come out after 12"

Communication is not the strength of the company but MarkHas done a great job installing out aircon units!

Mark Forrest came to assess the issue with our aircon 6 th January. He charged a $165.00 service fee and advised it would be refunded when he replaced the broken fan.Mark advised he had the part and would be back on Wednesday 12 th to install.No show , no response to calls or messages. . His office lady Lisa said when I called her twice a week that if she see’s Mark she would pass on the message.How can a business operate like this ? He didn’t even give us the courtesy of letting us know he wasn’t going to do the job to allow us to engage another company.Finally I received a call on the 1 st feb saying Mark would be there in the morning - after so many calls and messages left I would not recommend this company to anyone.We feel he should refund the service fee as good will ,but he won’t as it’s not company policy.In frustration we have engaged another company and had it fixed pronto .

Really bad workmanship and after sales service. 2 months after installation ducted air con doesn’t work and plumbing was so badly done our laundry is leaking and damaged cupboards. Never returned after promising to fix. Avoid this company at all costs. Will be taking to consumer affairs. And found we are not the only ones who have had problems. Still waiting on them to fix the problem.

I have recently dealt with Mark, his wife and the office manager. They have all been excellent and responsive. I missed Mark twice and he returned the calls within 10 mintes each time. Great company to deal with. Highly Recomended.

When Forrest Air Conditioning installed our air conditioner, they did not leave us any instructions on how to use it. I have tried on two occasions to get Mark from Forrest Air Conditioning to come around and show us how to use all the functions on the the key pad and check to see if our air conditioner is working properly. On both occasions he has not arrived, No Phone call, just does does not pitch - so think carefully about using them.

I had a new ducted system installed with the My Air attachment which works 100% better than my previous system. I found Forrest Air great to deal with, on time and good value. Would be happy to recommend them.Stuart

Unreliable, made times, didnt turn up, didnt phone to say not coming, made lame excuses when I phoned him. Says he has no staff or employees yet his van was in the our car park and someone came to my door a man with read hair he doesnt know? A bit of a weird game player. Apologises , dont get sucked in. Tried to make another time with me, I said No he'd already wasted 2 days of my time. Not to be trusted.
