This used to be a pleasant tavern, now it is just a starkly lit cafeteria with a pizza franchise tacked on the side. No inside bar area / seating other than the dining room.The pork belly served was pure fat. Two of the three lumps had zero meat. The manager took it back to the chef, who didn't even try to defend it - I watched the manager just come back out of the kitchen and scrape the plate into the bin.My wife's beef cheeks were ok, so I ordered a pizza to replace the pork (as it was the quickest thing to cook and we might be able to eat some of our dinner at the same time).The base was just awful, more like a pitta bread - see photo.Staff were polite, but overall a really disappointing experience.

On the outside the tavern doesn’t seem like there’s a lot going for it, but when it comes to the food… outstanding. Can’t even get pub food this quality in most Perth region pubs.Had the sirloin and seafood pasta. Sirloin was huge and the elements were thoughtfully put together. Steak cooked as requested. Seafood pasta different than most pubs but in the best of ways. Portions for both were very generous. Prices are on the higher side but the quality of food speaks for the cost. Will be back next trip.

A bit expensive but Large portion of food. Indian butter chicken was authentic they have 2 indian chef. The only downturn was the rice was too soft and sticky. Large seeving for kids meal too. Very nice fish and chips. Lovely ladies served us. Will go back

Excellent lunch today - delicious fish burger - tasty and moist battered fish with some crunchy coleslaw as well. Also lovely crunchy hot chips in a basket. Great and quick service in the outdoor area with views across the beach to the sea and islands offshore. Nothing pretentious - just good Aussie beach cafe/restaurant atmosphere.Coffee machine to be repaired - I hope! That was the only downside - otherwise 5 stars.

We got the mushroom pizza which was very good! The dessert pizzas were also amazing! We did enjoyed some cocktails as well. We definitely recommend this place.

A quiet beer here for Happy hour, and came back for dinner and the place was packed ! :) we booked a table beforehand which I recommend!Parmi was really nice, spicy and the chicken was succulentParents had the pizzas and said the flavours were on point and the crust was crispy and fresh.

Well presented, and tasty meals. The service was friendly. My husband was impressed with his beef burger, the pumpkin sage pasta was nice as well.
