I have purchased two attachments through Michael and Farmtech and on both occasions the advice and support was outstanding. The entire team from sales to stores are excellent. The team can’t do enough to ensure your purchase is the right one for your requirements and ensure your purchase is fully supported from factory to farm. I will be purchasing additional equipment from Farmtech in the future and would recommend Farmtech to anyone seeking to purchase purpose built farming equipment of highest standard and quality.09/3/21After going to Farmtech today my first review was only reinforced. I found yet again nothing was too much trouble and thinking outside the square is promoted not suppressed. As we all know with farming and machinery sometimes things fail, be it operator error or manufacture error.I have found it's how that is handle dictates return custom. Most would say we will order the part and its 4-6 weeks away. Not Farmtech, they were going to have a part shipped in by air which I thought was awesome, but spares and the fabricators got together and within 2 hours had a part manufactured, fitted and on my trailer ready for the trip home. Now that's customer service.Thank you.

Good range of equipment. I only purchased a seed spreader for the company I work for. I was pretty impressed though. I wanted to buy one for myself but have no use for one. LOL

Good product shame their customer service is terrible. Had finally received a call after contacting them 4 months earlier after buying the implement from their supplier in Tasmania. Had asked for an updated quote from one 11 months earlier and understand prices went up however when I received it the weights were missing. I mentioned this to someone from their office that had called me and have still not heard back from them after they promised to look into it for me.Thank you for calling me back and sorting out my issue.

Hubby loved it, they had what we needed.
