We had our bathroom renovated and the guys at Berwick Bathroom Renovations did an absolutely amazing job! Beautiful quality products and the work from start to finish was done with care and accuracy. They finished the job on time and were very tidy. The finished result is outstanding and we are so happy with our bathroom, it now looks like a 5 star hotel! Would recommend Nick for anyone wanting great value and professional workers for any renovations and redesigns.

Nick is an absolute professional. The whole renovating process (not quite finished yet - two bathrooms and one kitchen down, laundry to go) was absolutely smooth and lots of fun! Whenever I've engaged any trades, I always consider who I want in my house and I liked Nick on first meeting - and to be honest didn't bother getting any other quotes. He and Jacob are clean and quiet, unobtrusive but also friendly and up for a chat. Their banter is hilarious. Nick has vast experience and knows more than just bathrooms - he got us out of one or two unexpected pickles. He is an artist who takes immense pride in his work, which is painstaking and detail focussed. Everything was on time, stress free and there were no bill shocks. I could not recommend more highly.

Nick and his team completed a family bathroom and en suite for us and we fell in love !! I never knew I needed these amazing bathrooms in my life until I had them. Nick and his team were very professional, the communication was fantastic. The whole process was a whole lotta fun and I highly recommend Nick if you are considering any kind of bathroom renovation.

Quote for main bathroom only lasted 1 minute. Begun by discussing smaller works and was immediately told that he does full gutting and reno and I was wasting his time. Understand what I started off discussing was a smaller job and something they did not do; however, Nick didn't give me the opportunity to explain that I was also interested in a quote for full renovation of our bathroom.Appreciate others have had positive experiences with Nick, however mine was rude and unprofessional. Hope other potential customers are treated better going forward.EDIT 18/04: Nick, I think it says a lot that you’ve changed your initial response which was , professional, understanding and somewhat apologetic to this a month later. The first response was appreciated at the time but for some reason you’ve now felt the need to get personal with no additional contact.My initial enquiry was to discuss all options to do with the main bathroom as well as potentially discussing the ensuite too. Yes, the primary work was to replace the vanity but the reason I called you out was to discuss options and pricing of gutting and redoing the whole bathroom also.Before we even had a chance to get to that point, you had told me I was wasting your time and left. I also called you to make the appointment and to discuss my plans and you told me to text you instead as you were busy. Perhaps if you’re so worried about people ‘wasting your time’, having the two minutes to chat on the phone about our plans may have saved you the trouble.Cheers.

We were looking to have our en-suite remodelled and when we read Nicks reviews from Berwick Bathroom Renovations we thought can anyone really be that good. Well he is.When we first met Nick we were impressed with his professionalism and knew he was someone we would be happy to work with and have in our home. It was evident that he was passionate about delivering a quality product.He explained fully the process he would follow before the build started and checked with us each day to confirm what he and his team would be doing. He guided us in making some decisions and we are very pleased we went with them.Nick holds himself and his team to high standards. The project started and finished on time.
