Customer service was unfoldable, asked if I needed assistance gave me directions if I wanted something else from the store and was always smiling.Cool today is a little expensive though the shop itself and the service is better than most.The store was clean tidy set out well for the customers andThere was some hot food available at the counter

the indian lady that has served me a few times over my visits over the last few weeks has been rude and very matter of fact. For instance I put my items on the counter and she is demanding I pass them to her, no manners no please or thank you, no hello or goodbye. Very poor customer service. If it wasnt for the convenience of being next to a training place I had to go to I would never have gone there again.

Used to work here a couple of years ago for the owner named Jamie. Very unsafe workplace. Worst place ever. Contrary to safe work practices, we were told that if people were shoplifting or abusive, to close the doors and lock them INSIDE THE STORE WITH US, call the police and not open the doors or let them out until the police arrived.
