Dean was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable through the entire process. He was also great at getting back to us/ answering questions promptly. We shopped around for pricing and you guys were competitive, along with a very pleasant buying experience.The contractors were on time, polite and friendly. We were impressed that they completed the full day installation (which was already tricky with flues on the roof etc) on a cold, stormy day. It was very important to us to have the installation completed on the day we requested, and you guys did everything to make that happen.We really appreciate your service and are extatic with our new solar energy!

We have just had our new solar installed at our clinic. The whole process was smooth and they were always in constant communication throughout. They were able to work around our opening hours for the installation with no disruption to our day.Overall a great experience and would recommend.

10/10 experience. Would use WA Energy again in a heart beat. Brian was fabulous to deal with, explained all my options in plain English and wasn't sales-pitchy at all. Rose was great on the phone. Everything was organised quickly and easily. The installation team were punctual and efficient and accommodating of our business needs and the timing of switching things off etc. Very impressed with everyone.

We had signed with another company when our friend highly recommended WA Energy and Dean their consultant . Dean did a presentation of their range and we saw immediately that if we chose the other company we would be out of pocket by $2000.Dean explained everything in easily understood fashion and gave us complete confidence in going ahead . One week before installation we were offered their latest range of panels - The other company had offered us panels that were over two years old; meaning the warranty had expired. This gave us great confidence in knowing we had made the right choice. Thank you WA Energy!!

Have just had a solar system installed at our premises by WA Energy. The price was competitive and the process was very smooth. The install team worked around our business hours by making an early start and there was no disruption to our day. We are a few weeks in now and everything seems to be working well.

We would highly recommend WA Energy when considering solar power. They are professional, polite and the customer service is excellent. The installers were very considerate of our needs. They are a pleasure to work with.

Joel did a great job of running us through the process and WA energy seemed to offer better warranty than competitors.My partner had an issue with the installers as they walked on some interior tiles that were still being installed without asking the tiler first. But overall they did a good job and the panels look great.

I highly recommend WA Energy if your considering getting solar panels installed.Our Sales Consultant Adrian Frenken was extremely prompt, efficient & very professional & made the whole process happen with ease & without any problems.Wonderful ongoing customer service thanks to Adrian & also Ash & the installation guys were very thorough.We had the units fitted at the end of April & can already see the savings in our power bills.We are looking forward to seeing our summer savings .

Our experience with WA energy has been great, they have been very promp in installation and their follow up and support has been 10 out of 10. Basit explained the set up and order of installation clearly. Ash was excellent with communicating sending emails and phone calls of how we were progressing. The install6ation guys were great, tidy and neat work, the electrician also was very polite and comunicated well procedures that he was doing.
