I came today to enquire if it was possible to engrave the back of a watch. Adam knew about the type of watch I was going to have engraved and gave me some really thoughtful options of how to put a rather long message inside it. I just picked up the watch and I'm beyond blown away!It's exquisite! The writing is gorgeous and flowing. It's exceeded my expectations!! I'm immensely grateful and I can't boast about what a lovely person Adam was to me. What a great experience!! Thank you for your time and assistance!

My wife had to go there 3 times to get a car key cut. A senior guy cut the key first 2 times and it would not even enter the key hole! His approach was dismissive and short cut type. Third time a young lady was there and she did it correct finally. Hassel going here was our experience.

Had a key cut at another place in Chermside which didn’t work. Was passing through Taigum and decided to ask the fella here if he could fine tune the key!He advised that the previous place had sold me a key that wasn’t even the right size and he cut me another straight away! Guess what it worked!Thanks for your honest and reliable service, will tell all my local friends to come to you?

Absolutely amazed by the gentlemen (Fergus) working at this location. Very Pleased by the work administered to restoring my 10year anniversary ring and also aligning the hands and digital clock on my Gshock. (We all know how difficult they are). Thanks Fergus. Very nice staff but overpriced services with some technical issues.I had a request to get a small plaque laser engraved but this was fraught with issues throughout. I placed the order at 1130 am and was told it would be a 40 minute job. Upon returning it was finished but due to equipment issues out of their control it was unsatisfactory. They did it again but it also turned out poorly and told me to return around midday the next day. Upon returning at 2 pm the following day the job was done but it was at another store so they had to transport it there which was another 15 minute wait. Once I received the completed plaque it had a large scratch through a line of text and was not satisfactory. Due to the amount of issues they offered me a refund and the scratched plaque on the spot which was very good and I accepted. Prior to the refund they charged me $61 for the plaque with 4 lines of text but I got it done at Affordable Trophies Mitchelton afterwards for $19.

Employee had a sign out saying he'd be back at 1:15. I got there just before that so waited. He got back at 1.30, no apology and was unhelpful. I am not paying to have a pair of heels repaired when only one was needed and I had the tip to fix it. It's a rip off. Also needed a battery replaced but decided my business should go elsewhere.
