Baby Bunting Toowoomba

Been in a few times now. The knowledge the staff were able to give us about items we're looking at, even helping us with suggestions, was second to none. Massive range on different products. Different price ranges, which was very helpful. It came down to the staff's friendliness, they helped us straight away, their knowledge, willingness to help. Thank you. Very highly recommended.

Went in to buy a Extended Rear Facing car seat for my toddler. Was repeatedly told to buy him a forward facing seat despite him still fitting RF and it being well known to be safer. Left and bought the seat elsewhere.Previous experiences have been fine for other products but wouldn't trust them for car seat recommendations.

Went in to Baby Bunting today as I was having issues with my baby seat. Sarah was super helpful and knew what the issue was straight away. She waited with me and helped me with my baby while we figured out how to fix the issue. She put my mind at ease and reassured me that my baby seat was installed correctly. So thank you Sarah and the team at Baby Bunting. I really appreciate your help today!

I am a pretty regular bloke who couldn't give a second thought about baby stuff. This place is amazing. I thought that they would be rip off merchants, however they price match with any store in town. The service is the best service I've ever experienced in any retail. So kind, polite and helpful. Trust me, if you want any baby stuff come here first. If you find it online cheaper they will match it and beat it. Then the service will be so great that you leave with a smile on your face.

Nice place , staff are helpful and friendly and an added bonus they have customer toilets , my little one always needs to go when we are there and also a cold water cooler at the counter.

Im sorry but what on earth is going on in this store! Your customer service is diabolically bad! Twice in one week we were severely let down by your staff! First time around staff member had little to no knowledge of baby bunting exclusive product we enquired about. Then today after explaining how bad the last experience was to the different staff member, she totally failed!After beginning to serve us she simply walked of. After 20min of us wandering around the store waiting for our goods that we were told were being brought out. We gave up and went to the counter. We asked what is happening, to be told oh sorry the other staff member was supposed to tell us to go to loading dock!?!?!. Also told oh sorry I started serving another customer, sorry we are busy atm. Ummmm what 2 staff members talking to mates and 1 other customer is busy?Sorry but if im spending ALOT of money in one hit I'd expect you to actually look after that customer. But you failed and lost our future business!

They don't like to post honest reviews on their website they expect glowing recommendations.They put a 'HOLD' on my orderAfter purchasing the Nappies that were on sale with an offer of a free box of wipes I received my confirmation email and then my email and text msg stating it was ready to be collected. I went in the next day to collect as I was not in town the previous day only to find out that they put a hold on my order even though I had paid and received my msgs. The team at the Toowoomba store were told by their higher up the day before I came in to collect and it was not sorted I did not receive a call to tell me it was on hold nothing until I went out to the store then upon waiting half an hour at the store what ever the issue was that it was on hold for was still not rectified by their head office, We asked for a refund and then the system went down apprently. The team ended up honouring our order after that but I also stated in our discussion that their head office legally had to anyway. Very unimpressed. The product itself is amazing but not worth the stuff around.Email states they have read and will not be posting as it does not follow their guide lines be aware when ordering online they will try to keep what you pay for.

We're expecting our first next month, and have been in numerous times now during our pregnancy.Ronna was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing our baby seat and pram, and has continued to give us great service. Each time we visit we have received amazing service from all of the staff, and if they are ever unsure of something they always check for us.We never have to search for someone to assist us as we are continually offered help as we wander through the store. Nothing is too much of a hassle for the team, they are always more than happy to go out of their way to give us the best possible service.Baby Bunting's staff have helped turn what was initially a daunting experience into a much more enjoyable journey for these first time parents.
