Excellent experience, would highly recommend. Dr. Xavier is caring and easy to talk to, the receptionist is lovely, a very professional clinic.

All of the positive reviews are from a previous Dr & it is now run by new Drs. I just walked out of my first appointment with Dr. Baisley feeling disrespected, dismissed & discriminated against because I choose not to take certain pharmaceuticals. Before knowing why I was there she insisted she will only request blood tests SHE felt necessary not what I request specifically. She continued to speak over me when I tried to tell her why I was there, she was very rude & aggressive in her approach. It is very clear she has an 'I'm the doctor, I'm in control & no one tells me what to do' complex. I will be making an official complaint to the medical board regarding her manner & discriminatory judgements towards me.I would not recommend anyone going to her that wants any body autonomy or to have any say in their own health plan. It's her way only, even if she has no medical history & won't let you speak enough to give her reasoning for certain tests.Dr Baisley is full of ego & is closed minded to the possibilities of an answer outside of a prescription slip!

One of only a couple of bulk billing doctors left in the region. When most doctors I’ve experienced just want to rush through as many patients as they can, I was pleasantly surprised at how empathetic the doctor was to listening to me and coming up with a treatment that helped a lot.Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a bulk billing doctor who is thorough and cares a lot

had a good experience here since the place reopened, the doctor explained everything to me and made sure i was comfortable and understood how my treatment worked, very helpful & friendly and i didn’t have to wait at all to be seen

The doctors listed with 5 star reviews are obviously from the previous practice so I would check the more recent reviews as I wished I had.Only positive is the receptionist was really nice.I saw Dr Baisy Antony and she made me feel as though I had committed a crime as I couldn’t diagnose myself! I had to essentially beg her to do a Pap smear and vaginal swab (which is uncomfortable at the best of times) and on receiving the results she just said they were fine and didn’t follow up if I still had symptoms etc. which I do and now have to waste more time on another doctor asking them to essentially do the same thing.Maybe it was just a communication error but I feel worse then I did prior to the visit even with clear results of whatever the hell she tested for?!

Dr Regi is a wonderful doctor. I can't believe he bulk bills. It wasn't the reason we chose to see him, we found him because we were desperate for a doctor on a Sunday but didn't need emergency. I am so glad we found him. He has a gift of being able to diagnose correctly, he has such a servants heart. Genuinely cares, is patient (we have 7kids! ) and empathetic. I can't recommend him enough.

First time back since this reopened with new doctors and will be the last time. Receptionist called to confirm appointment but sounded like she was cancelling because of her strong accent. I was the only one there when I attended and seen Dr Basiy. She was completely disinterested in examining me and told me that I should go see my old doctor who previously worked there instead as she was not willing to help me. I don't see this practice lasting long if they tell all their patients to go elsewhere. I got a distinct feeling they plan on choosing" their future patients. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here."

Please check recent reviews before seeing a Doctor here, as it appears the Doctors has changed since a lot of the good reviews have been posted. A close friend of mine saw Dr Baisy Antony for an initial consult, and Dr Baisy was unkind, uncaring and disrespectful. Dr Baisy was dismissive of all concerns raised, and did not value the opinion of anyone other than herself. It made my friend feel absolutely awful, and they regret attending in the first place.If you want a Doctor that will listen to your concerns, work with you and care about you, Dr Baisy is not the Doctor you want to see.

I recently had a new appointment with Dr Baisy who is so kind and compassionate. She was empathetic and listened attentively to me. Its so nice to see a bulk billing doctor with empathy and respect. I will be seeing Dr Baisy from now onwards

Dr Regi Xavier is amazing. We came to Petrie as I was told it was fully bulk billed not really thinking anything much. Day 1 of bringing my daughter just to get eczema cream. Just for Dr Regi to find out that she had low blood pressure referred he to get blood test to again find out she is now @ 5 for iron deficiency. I will definitely be staying here not for the fact that it's Bulk billed. But for Dr Regi and his thorough care.
