First time to dome at this location and was delighted with the look of the restaurant, a little out of the way but that just adds to this site , staff were friendly and attentive caramel slice and coffee were perfect . Looking forward to visiting again

First time was OK. Second time I ordered bacon with my eggs. Waitress told me I was wrong, so I just agreed not wanting to embarrass my teens. Then she bought some around and slammed it on the table without a word. And I was really nice to her too! Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I won't be back.

UPDATE..... I went for morning tea , to Dome ,Byford, this morning. The food and drinks were lovely,the service prompt and the staff were very friendly. The difference between this visit and the last , is like night and day.Weekday lunch. We ordered one bowl of chips and drinks. The drinks came promptly the chips turned up 40 mins later and after me having to chase up the order. Meanwhile customers came and then got their food,we were still waiting ,and it was not even busy. When the chips turned up they were tepid. No apology ,just oh yeah" and a shoulder shrug. Not impressed!!"

Good food and service. However there were a lot of table full of dirty dishes that had not been cleared away once patrons had finished, outside, upstairs and down stair. We were there 2 hrs and tables were not cleaned during that time.

Went yesterday for breakfast waited over an hour so came brunch usually they say if a wait time but they didn’t, we ordered an adult and kids waffles and serve scones. When it did eventually come they forgot the ice cream so had to ask and they forgot the cream too. The scones were well over cooked they were like a dense cake not sure if they make on site or buy else where but they really need to reconsider. This dome was our go to place as lovely setting and usually great I don’t usually write reviews as I know circumstances can change a day but we have come few times in last month or so and slowly things have only gone down. Us maybe not returning probably won’t change anything for them but maybe they can take on board some of our points.wishing them all best.

Had a really poor experience here. Use to love coming here until our latest visit. Staff were rude and when we got our food it was incorrect. Went to get a staff member to tell them it was incorrect but was told 'No, your wrong. This is right' when clearly our entire order was wrong. The staff member went to grab the manager who then was extremely rude and unhelpful. We ended up leaving our food and drinks and went somewhere else.

The fish was so thin it honestly looked as though they took the fillet and sliced it in two. It was dry and over cooked. The dome used to be good. I wont be going back there.

I like this place and usually go Sunday morning. Love the ambience. Sunday morning cashier needs to be warmer and more welcoming. Food is not consistent. How can you run out of scrambled eggs but have poached or fried. Wait time for coffee is ridiculous. 30 minutes. Just needs better management.

Order for 4 people and received Reheated chips,dry old bread and cold coffee plus a 40 minutes wait for the whole ordeal : Even the outside dog bowl was filled with brown water ,!! Never again
