Marvin and Rach treat their customers like gold, or close friends... either way they rock at teaching and earn their students trust and respect and get them riding safely before letting them go. Awesome shop, my only complaint is that I am now addicted to kiteboarding :P

Me and my family did a SUP lesson with Marvin. It was well very guided, informative, relaxed, and best of all challenging. There was lots of encouragement to push ourselves and Marvin had us feeling very comfortable on the board by the end of the lesson. Couldn't ask for a better first lesson for anyone doing it for the first time.

I can't say enough about the customer service I have experienced from my brief yet lasting exchange with Rachel at In the Loop. She went over and above what I would have expected and can truly say that I will continue to use and recommend them as they are a tribute to the watersports community!!
