Very nice scenic beauty, with lake, grass ground, shaded sitting area. Kids play area though smaller is good enough for toddlers. Kids can also enjoy watching the ducks swimming, trains passing by and variety of birds. Overall nice picnic spot in this lockdown times..

Great park fully fenced. Good for ages 2+Climbing frames, slides, 1 set of swings (baby and bench) single see saws and a surf boardDucks are so friendly too and it's a lovely walk/scoot around the lake

Playground could use an update, and some benches in need of repair, but the natural features are beautiful. We love the little bridge by the playground with the ducks. And the new boardwalk makes the walk around the park really pram friendly. No drinking fountain or taps near the playground unfortunately, but if you hike up the steep hill towards the train line(no direct path, so difficult with a pram) there's a water tap at the top near the BBQs. We love the birdlife, and there are turtles in the lake!

Amazing park. Very big. Lots of different areas to go for a walk, play in the playground, outdoor gym, toilets and picnic area

Great little park. Very pretty place to walk around and enjoy the lake. This area used to be a man made waste land and the lake a catchment for the stormwater, well it’s still that but it’s very pretty now with lots of car parking and is also a stones throw from the plenty river, it’s dog, bike and kid friendly place but I would not swim here.As you can see we played boats in here and the boat turned brown. Still a great place to exercise

Kalparrin Gardens is a lovely tranquil playground in Greensborough. It’s completely fenced in so you can immerse yourself in FaceBook drama whilst the kids play, without worrying about them being snatched by the local water fowl.
