From admin staff to instructors, everyone was very friendly and great to talk to. I went in for my MR license and my instructor was very great at her job and you could definitely tell she has the passion to ensure you pass. The price in my opinion was pretty good and the admins communication was excellent. I definitely would recommend this place.

Racists comments towards colleagues in the office. Instructor was unprofessional and purposely confusing telling the wrong methods (as confirmed by assessor at the end of the day). Office staff asked for feedback in writing which I gave, the owner of the company took it as a threat. Don’t waste your time with this cowboy company.

Just recently completed my HR licence with Damien as my instructor. I had never driven a road ranger gear box before and with such a professional and awesome instructor Damien got me up to speed to pass my test first time. Highly recommend these guys, such an awesome company to deal with. It was a pleasure to learn there. Thanks again!

I passed my HR PDA first go, all thanks to my amazing instructor Jules. Went into my lesson extremely nervous but with Jules by my side, I was feeling confident behind the wheel in no time. Thank you Jules for being such an amazing instructor.

Brilliant!! Went to keen bros to do my HR-A after having a nightmare with another outfit. I done a 1 hour lesson which the instructor took me round to get me used to the truck and then a test which I passed! Both instructors made me feel at ease throughout and gave me the confidence I needed to pass. Would highly recommend and best priced out of all the HR training academies! All staff associated very helpful

Absolutely stoked I completed my hr-b licence today with keen bros, Everyone from the three lovely young ladies in the office, to my two awesome instructors made me feel confident and comfortable, I was no truck driver when I started but a couple days with Damien and the legend in the bucket hat haha, I was ready for my test which I passed first try, I will add that my last instructor was extremely impatient, rude and laughed at me when I made mistakes, which was very stressful. But my previous training came through and all in all was a good experience and I would definitely recommend this crew, cheers guys.

I had 3 different instructors. 2 were amazing, very professional good trainers (Graham and Damien) taught me everything I needed. Graham went over everything with me towards the end before my test. He is amazing. I highly recommending these guys to train you to do a test. I passed first go.Owen wasn’t nice. He doesn’t know how to give instruction. Didn’t have the best English. He was rude, very impatient and made me so uncomfortable. Although Everyone else there is amazing and friendly. Staff politely changed my assessor’s due to my not so great experience with African guy and he literally didn’t train me. Just insulted everything I did. I don’t recommend him at all.

Fantastic experience getting my MR licence with Keen Brothers. After only a two hour lesson, I successfully passed my test and I was on my way! I really appreciated with how easy they were to deal with, and how comfortable they made me feel from the very beginning. Do not hesitate to book Keen Bros for their services!

I sat my HR with Keen bros a little while ago and had done all my training with a South African guy. From the get go he was rude and condescending - he asked me if I drove a manual or if I ever have, which I replied yes then he questions me on when I would drive a manual because I don’t think he believed me, at one point he even started laughing while I was trying to learn the clutch point of the truck. When I pulled him up on this, he quickly changed his story that “it was an inside joke” but the thing about inside jokes is that, everyone has to be in on it.He also was telling me the wrong information and when I had question this also he insisted that he was right. He had gone to the assessor (right before my assessment) and asked to check only to come back and tell me that he was wrong and I was right and if I had followed his direction I would of been marked down.He also would say things like “keep the truck moving” over and over which I had to ask for clarification on and he said it meant “speed up” so I tried to tell him that it’s just miscommunication/misinterpretation because I was keeping the truck moving however not speeding up. He had mentioned something to me at the start of our lessons about how to know the speed limits and the white lines on the roads which I have never heard before, and when I revisited this question for clarification the next day he told me “when you’re driving your car, don’t you look at the speed signs?”The actual assessor, was lovely. An older gentleman who was very comforting and could see how much anxiety and nerves were running through my system.The South African guy was so so SO rude with everything he said and filled me with little to no confidence due to his behaviour and attitude. As a teacher myself, I can spot bad educating techniques and he has every one of them!
