Pearl Nails

Extremely poor experience, So disappointed with the staff there. They are so unprofessional and rude. They are chatting in Vietnamese in front of the clients all the time, always rushing clients about colour. Manicute hurts so much, my finger was bleeding. I was asking them to cover my edge， they didn’t listen and ignored. Please learn some proper nail training and learn to respect customers. 1/5 is the lowest I can rate in this app, otherwise that will be zero for them. Never ever go there.

BE WARNED - so many nail salons in Hurstville Westfield, avoid this one at all cost (even though it is conveniently located next to a Starbucks!!). Paid $65 for the worst mani pedi shellac job I have ever received. The shop was quiet but the elderly Vietnamese lady was rushing and doing everything half heartedly. When I told her I was not happy with her paint job, she just painted a thicker layer on top to cover up, making the shellac really thick and even more uneven. As you can see from the photos, she nicked me a few times when doing my cuticles, didn't even bother tidying around the edges and the top of my nails are clearly uneven. Bleugh!!!!

I was hesitant to do a pedicure, as I noticed while I was seated how unhygienic it was nothing was being sterilised. Turns out I was right, I have caught a nail infection and I am currently taking antibiotics, the lady doing my pedi cut out an ingrown without permission and it got infected. please do your research and don’t go to places where hygiene is neglected. Absolutely disgusted. You have lost a customer. I wish I could rate you 0 stars

If I could give this place 0 I would! Went here to treat myself for my birthday with a mani and spa pedi.. they didn't even do my pedicure properly barely used any hot stone massage which I paid extra for and used dirty tools which have now given me an infection I honestly have half a mind to report them ! They would be shut down instantly, please avoid this place at all costs !!!!!

I don’t usually post reviews and I get that most nail salons can be intimidating but this one’s on a whole different level. I asked for white shellac but said I wanted to pick the shade of white They didn’t understand at first but when they eventually did, they acted like my request was absurd and dumped a bunch of sample nails (with 2 or 3 white shades in one box). After getting overwhelmed with the options that were all colourful and not what I was after, I asked the lady if she could either show me the white shades in the box, or just show me the nail polishes she had so that I could pick one. She very rudely told me to dig through the box myself and walked off and came back in two minutes. Intimidated, I hurriedly chose a shade of white that looks very tacky and is not what I want at all. Never coming back here!

i dont get my nails done frequently but this has been my worst experience yet. The girls didnt speak english and were just laughing around me in their language, whenever i asked a question they just ignore me and continue their conversation in their language, the were rushing, the nail length not even, my nails look bulky and unprofessional they charged me $40 for it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone else.and i will never be back. now i need to go fix my nails my self.

Do not come here!! Unless you want to pay for something ugly and have your nails polished down all the way to your skin!They ruined my nails by polishing them So thin, pure laziness not to use acetone properly!Two of my finger nails snapped on the same day ! It hurts!They can’t do simple French shellac color!!!Staff don’t stop talking to each others while working!!They don’t care about their jobs and your nails!

Not sure why the rating is so low, I actually quite like their services. Regardless of the friendliness that ppl mentioned (it’s a cultural thing, they just don’t speak good English doesn’t mean they are rude), the shellac I had there usually last for long, around 5 weeks, while the one I had in other places chipped easily the 2nd or the 3rd week. The price is also reasonable here.
