If I could give a zero I would. I asked the pharmacist for advice, she was extremely rude. Then as I went to pay the cashier, I was told I was to be mindful of their sensitivities as they are having a rough time. Ryan the cashier continually took deep breaths in an ultra condescending and patronising manner reminding me to be mindful of the pharmacists who are all having a hard time. Needless to say, I left my items and went to Priceline .What kind of world do we live in where basic courtesy where you spend money is not offered? Pathetic. Management do something about your staff training so they are actually doing their job in customer service. Never stepping foot back in there and have been spending money there for over 15 years

You need to be super intelligent and knows everything if you choose this pharmacy. I’m not talking about cashiers , only those ‘superior ‘pharmacists.Once, I can’t find the nasal spray that my husband wanted. I checked with the pharmacist, surname is NG and she gave me the look as if I’m blind.Second time, I went to collect from their ‘Click n Collect’ service. Pharmacist Phuong Tran was not only rude but also kept shaking her head because I can’t provide the so called ‘ecp number ‘ which I never heard.Well, fair enough. Will not go again since my IQ isn’t high enough to match their standards.

I visited the store yesterday and received the best customer service from the 3 staff members I had dealings with. I purchased perfume in which I was given expert assistance and it was gift wrapped ready to give at Christmas. I will definitely use this pharmacy again.

Bad service and more expensive than other chemists.Also, they don't mention during purchase that there's no return policy (and it was not in receipt either). Unlike Coles or Woolworths where they say no return policy during Covid period, which is fair and clearly communicated.

Pharmacist Phuong Tran is terrible.She just very unprofessional and rude.Her speech was very aggressive and looked down to people.Regret even I could not choose minus star.As you can see the previous review, many people felt uncomfortable with her service.

Friendly and professional staff on the floor. We used them for all of our scripts while we lived in the area and we always received efficient and courteous service. I hope we find a similar pharmacy in our new suburb.
