Taking order was great, drinks where brought at a quick time , our meal was so slow, 3 tables that came in after us got there lunch 15 minutes before us . Wasn't the best experience I've had

This place does not even deserve one star. We were sat down for at least 20 min and no one came over to serve us, we had to yell and flag someone down and still that was difficult. We waited 2 hours after ordering for our food for it to come out cold and very dry. Not once did anyone come over to see if we need anymore drinks. 6 tables got seated and served and left before we even got our food. We couldn’t even ask how long our food was going to be as not a staff member in sight to come accommodate for our table. Do not come if you’re hungry or thirsty or want something good to eat. Definitely deserve our money back this place is horrible

Not bad but not the best.Staff were friendly.Toilet and parent room available.We asked for some of our steaks to be medium rare but it seems like it has been cooked as medium well.Recommended for family and groups.

Tonight we dined in here and we are deeply disappointed. Although the staff were accomadating their presentation was completely off.Cloths were crinkled and could see one of their belly buttons.The other young man had really BAD BO which was very over powering when he lent over to serve drinks.The guy serving the kids meal stood at the end of the table and asked who had the kids meal, when clearly the kid at the table was having it.Strange!We were all very excited for our food but unfortunately Our food came out and we were all taken back by the quality. The schnitzels were thin and had slimy water when cut.The $50 steak was thrown on the plate with nothing special about it.Lastly the loaded ribs ...aghh.... $43 for a plate of coleslaw and 4 tiny chicken pieces. The ribs were pathetic and had no meat, just bone.In the end I asked for a wet napkin and was handed a dish cloth to wipe my hands.I made it very clear the meals wernt worthy but not even a sorry or discount or ANYTHING!Having those prices we expected so much more but left very disappointed and unfulfilled.Going out doesn't happen often due to the cost of living so we almost feel robbed.Would never go back and would never recommend to anyone.

No air con sooo uncomfortable. Steak was very overdone and dry. Ribs were also not very nice. Overall sadly a disappointing experience, won't be back. I expected a beautiful steak from a steak house but should have cooked at home.

Steak was ordered medium rare, arrived very well done. Tasted sour and old. I wouldve returned had I been at restaurant.Only giving 3 stars as ribs, chips and coleslaw were done well.A steakhouse should be able to cook a steak.Edit: steak so bad it's inedible.

I was a regular customer of lone star eating there 3 to 4 times a week but I haven't been in for a while due to being out of state for work, upon coming back in tonight I've found that they have changed the menu and taken off some of the most popular items including the Mac&cheese, lamb kofta bites for example, also I can get meatballs with pasta, ribs or a snitty but can't put them with my steak due to there being no way to charge me. In my opinion you should be able to add anything to your meal if it's on the menu. It's a shame as I won't be back to eat there as they can't accommodate and its a very poor decision to take popular items off the menu.

Food was great! Enjoyed every last bite but my friend and I downloaded the app and when paying, redeemed a $5 voucher at the counter. The lady scanned our vouchers but afterwards we calculated our total (INCLUDING the surcharge for eftpos) and we were overcharged $5. We were not angry but were disappointed as we were told the vouchers were added to our total which would have taken off $5. We rang to let them know and staff were blunt and confused and didn’t want to hear our situation out. Eventually we spoke to the manager and she asked us what we wanted her to do. As the manager, she should have known what to do it’s not OUR job haha. When we said we weren’t sure but were just letting her know so they don’t do it to someone else she then told us to go to head office. Head office over a mistake THEY made? It was not a bad restaurant just a very annoying ending :/
