While there was a slight delay in the delivery, Michelle offered excellent customer service to rectify the issue. I ordered quite a large dessert box for my partner who loved the donuts - food was delicious and presentation was also excellent.

No problem with delivery or presentation. Unfortunately the donuts were not very tasty initially. I texted the mobile on the website to give feedback, and within two days I had a reply and a new set of donuts sent out again! They were delicious. It really was good customer service to fix the initial disappointment thank you.

Not a bad experience but definitely room for improvement. My recipient got the delivery just before he left for work so that’s not really ideal.. I wish they’d deliver earlier in the day. Recipient also commented that the box it came in was extremely warm.. I thought they’d keep them in cooler bags/boxes or something to prevent melting. Nicer communication would be a plus too. On the upside, the donuts were nice!

I had received a box for my birthday, they were so fresh and delicious!Then ordered some for a friend for her birthday Web site was easy to you and got same day delivery which was great too. Tracking to see when it was going to arrive was handy to ensure someone was going to be there to receive it.
