Warning do not use this company.They appear initially to be friendly and polite.Bobby doesnot seem to know much about how to treat concrete cancer.Agreed in writing to a fixed quote with no variations five year guarantee.Showed up this morning left a mess peeled off cement render off balcony ceiling then proceeded to tell me he had not quoted accurately and tried to vary it.I said this is not acceptable.Bobby then stormed off not resolving the issueleaving the mess.Underquotes to get the job tries to vary it not honestnot trustworthy has little knowledge of how to treat it.Has left me high and dry after we agreed to accept his quote.I would give him a rating of zeroNot professional not responsive poor knowledge inaccurate initial quotation
