Mai Lashes Brisbane Toowong

My lashes were done by an experienced lash technician at Mai; they look amazing, love them. The studio is very clean and the prices are reasonable.

100% would recommend to anyone looking to do their lashes in Brisbane. They are so professional, the ambience is amazing and overall a fantastic experience. What surprised me the most was the time and precision taken to find the suitable style and curl for my lashes as I was doing a lash lift. There was so much detail and explanation so that she could provide me with what I wanted. My lashes turned out exactly as I wanted and I will definitely return for more of their services again! I couldn't be any happier! Thank you so much to the team for the excellent service.

The service and results were amazing! The atmosphere was so calm and comfortable. They played gentle music and offered you a blanket if you were cold. It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! A lady named Satsuki applying my lash extensions, and despite still being a trainee she did an amazing job! The extensions made my lashes look longer, fuller, and curlier, but still looked pretty natural. They lasted for weeks too!Overall I would definitely recommend, and am very excited to come back some time!! :)

Definitely recommend Mai Lashes!! She is professional, kind and very lovely:) I did lash lift and waxing my eyebrows and it was an amazing time with her! She made sure that I am ok during treatment and check my lashes. First time having my lashes done here and I am definitely coming back. The studio was clean and relaxing, easy parking. Mai was so professional, knowledgeable and gentle. She explained to me what could be done to my lashes, what to expect and what style is best for me. The end result was perfect! No irritation, during or after the lashes, as if I had nothing on my lashes! It is so comfortable! I love it so so much. Highly recommend this place.

I had my lashes and eyebrows done for my wedding. The space is very clean, smells divine and the staff are all so lovely. The application was very relaxing I nearly fell asleep. They have wonderful customer service and care. They also have a great eye for detail and listen to your needs. My eyelashes came out beautifully and I received so many compliments. They created beautiful long eyelashes that looked amazing in person and in the wedding photos. They were not too heavy and didnt look over the top. Mai was so lovely she texted me on the day of the wedding to wish me congratulations and check in on my lashes. Mai and her team went above and beyond, I would highly recommend Mai Lashes, they are amazing!

I've been having my lash extensions done at Mai Lashes Brisbane for many years and have been satisfied with every visit. Mai and her team are professionals and they're so gentle and transparent with what they do. My natural lashes are short but they do well in making them look fuller naturally. Today was my first time having staff Satsuki done my eye lashes infill. She was so gentle and spent a lot of time discussing my eyelashes conditions and retention. I had eyelashes done by Mai, Yuka and today Satsuki, all I can say is every staff truly cares about the health of clients eyelashes and they are all experienced enough to give BEST service. Thank you girls!

Mai Lashes is really great in terms of service & space. The staff are extremely friendly and very professional. I was greeted promptly and warmly as I walked in by a lovely lady who made sure I was comfortable and attended to throughout the whole time I was here. All the staff were very polite and engaging.The environment was also very warm and inviting, well-presented and clean. The beds are lovely complete with sheer privacy curtains and blankets, but not the most comfortable to lay on for more then 2 hours.In terms of product, as they warned me I did react to the products used during application as it stung my eyes a little which made them watery. I'm not usually sensitive so this surprised me, but I still felt quite relaxed throughout. Their prices are bit expensive as the lashes aren't the very best but they aren't bad. Just not as fluffy as I was hoping. They did apologise for taking longer than expected but I understood as it was very intricate work for the style I chose. I do wish I knew about the curl styles beforehand so I could have chosen

I’ve had a great experience at Mai Lashes Toowong. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was great!The bed was super soft and comfortable which made me fall asleep whilst I got my lashes done. I’m happy with the results and can definitely recommend Mai Lashes!
