Honestly, they not even deserve one starEmbarrassing customer service!!!There is simply no customer service in this store, no any care at all!My sister bought me a gold marker, the last one in the store at Taren Point. The pen didn’t have its “original wrapping cover” , when I saw it I said did you open it" and she said "it was like that and the last one"

Most staff are warm and helpful. However, one of the older ladies wasn't helpful at all for our product enquiry on one occasion. Was rude and unapologetic, did not in any way seek to clarify anything for us and simply stood there. Other staff have all been great. Great variety and value otherwise.

Horrible experience here. Went to get something printed. After waiting in line for 15 minutes was told the “girls” who do the printing on A2 or bigger were having dinner. When I asked the wait time he couldn’t, or wouldn’t, give me an answer. I proceeded to wander the store for half an hour. When I returned he did everything he could to avoid me. Asked 3 different staff about speaking to a manager and none of them could find or get one for me. Poorly managed store if I ever came across one. It’s never a great experience here but they are local to me so I usually just stop in on the way home. Won’t be making that mistake again. Would give zero stars if it was an option

WORST EXPERIENCE!IF I COULD GIVE IT A 0 I WOULD PRINTER “STOPS WORKING” AFTER IT PRINTED MY TWO OTHER BATCHES OF PHOTOS. STAFF WERE NOT EVEN TRYING THEY KEPT WALKING AWAY 3 DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS COULDNT EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM.

Worst customer experience ever. I advise never to buy electronics in this place. I had to return a product that wasn't working properly and the seller said he couldn't see the white spot on the screen, I had to insist on getting another product and he even said he would put the damaged product back for sale.

not enough staff serving ,poor customer service!!!!! so disorganised !! i can feel that there is no teamwork, i can see staff walking around pretending busy ignoring customers , the wait is so long !

I ordered a photo tile and came to the store asking if it could be refunded because it wouldn't be processed fast enough. The woman behind the photo services said it could if I called customer services. So, I decided to have the photo printer and bought a frame in store. Upon calling customer services, they said a refund is not possible. Now with more products purchased from officework than due to the false promise I'd get a refund.

I want to say thank you to a couple of staff members who were so patient with my child while taking his passport photos. I have a child who moved and moved and moved, we tried a couple of times with different staff. They were all so patient and great.

Terrible service, I waited from 5 pm to print some photos and the machine was not working. I spoke with the person in charge of service and she told me that she was going to check, then she came over and told me you should come back tomorrow because I want to go home and I'm not going to wait for my order to be processed, so you should wait till you receive a text message. I was in shock. So then the manager came to us and he ask us what was happening, we explained the situation and he comprehend the problem so he said that he will try his best to process our order, it supposed to take about 20 minutes so we waited because the machine was printing and we assumed it was our order but then he said sorry you definitely you have to come tomorrow because the security is going to call I can’t stay any longer.I know that customer service is not a easy job, but the main thing that you request is to be polite, kind and to try to help.
