Customer service is pretty poor…Elle’s range is nice… I saw some reviews comment about inclusivity of sizes, whilst I understand that it may not accommodate all sizes, we must try understand that not all brands and designers want to reach everyone on the market with what they offer.I wear 8-10D and 8-10 general sizing, and I struggled to fill some of their dresses with my lack of bust but hey… I tried. I picked up a piece from their sample/faulty sale this weekend and I’m happy to say it fit.IF you’re looking for something under $500 they have you in check but you really need to know what your looking for and perhaps be open to minor alterations.I enjoyed their sale and scoping out their full priced range - it is worth taking a look if you’re looking for wedding guest attire and cocktail spice!

I went to the store today although I couldn't find sizes in the dresses I liked but have to say the girl at the front desk was so amazing she helped me out for more than an hour she was so nice and patient. Exceptional customer service. Will certainly be back. ROLA

The quality of their dresses is massively disappointing which is so unfortunate as the designs are beautiful! Spent $320 on a dress that felt like $50 quality - had to wear it as I had a wedding days after it arrived; I don’t mean to sound harsh but this is just the reality. Essentially paying to simultaneously look great & feel ripped off.

The dress I purchased for my best friends wedding received such great compliments! From start to finish, the girls were attentive and professional in helping me choose the right dress. Definitely a brand I recommend for beautiful gowns and dresses! I look forward to shopping with you all again soon!

I visited the boutique this weekend, as I had seen their dresses online multiple times and they looked very elegant and fine...unfortunately it didn't fill my expectations the whole experience. Very poor customer service as we were there for 5 minutes and not even a hello or smile from the sales assistant. Also when it comes to the quality of the dresses, it wasn't exactly what I was expecting based on the price, reviews and photos on social media...it is a boutique and the experience should be completely different especially when you shop for a special occasion and you are ready to spend a hundred of dollars.

Just wanted to leave a quick review on the stunning dresses at Elle Zeitoune, I tried on 5 and they all fit so well, great fabrics and amazing customer service! Thank you so much to Genevieve who helped me with all my questions ❤️ Will definitely be coming back in the future xx

I was so excited to go and try on some of the lovely designs, but the fashion world still needs to do so much work and Elle Zeitoune is clearly no exception. The biggest size accommodates for a C MAYBE D cup. Clearly their sizing range is more exclusionary than inclusionary - it doesn’t help to have “bigger” (average) sizes if you don’t actually accommodate for those sizes with the make of the dress. It made me so upset. Further the lady in the shop seemed almost bothered by my presence as if I wasn’t shopping for a piece worth a couple hundred dollars. Basically all she said was “let me know what sizes” as she was looking at her computer - which she was on the whole time. It was a horrible shopping experience but more so because of the lack of accommodation when it came to the sizing. I still can’t believe it’s 2022 and this is where we’re at.

I’m only rating 1 because I’m a huge Ellle customer, most of my wardrobe is made up of your collection.Unfortunately, I’d give a zero rating on the service I just experienced not long ago, I walked away from your warehouse sale buying zero , I had 6 dresses between my daughter and I and was appalled at the sales person at your register, she refused to acknowledge the pricing tags labelled on the items, telling me they were incorrectly priced by the staff, and made up the price she deemed suitable, consistency was ridiculous.I’ll be taking this up further as I feel I was treated disrespectful and embarrassed in front of a huge queue behind me and walked out empty handed and completely tarnished of my love of your beautiful collection.You’ve lost a loyal customer for life , please ensure you select your staff to represent Elle in a positive and welcoming manner to keep loyal customers.

After months of searching for a dress for my daughters christening with no luck, I had one week left before the christening date and was completely stressed out. I came in store and was served by Tanya. Honestly I do not have enough words to express how great she was. I think I tried on every single dress in store and she was just so accommodating and helpful, her service was second to none! so much so that I ended up purchasing 2 dresses.Loving this brand!!!!!

I came in store to try on some dresses, I was greeted by Tanya, she was so lovely and helpful made my experience so easy to find what I needed and she was very patient! Absolutely love your designs I own so many of your dresses they are amazing quality ❤️Highly recommend
