Dropped off my cans and within 2 hours my money was in my account. Great service, so much easier than putting one can in after another. Staff at Tingalpa are fabulous

Been going here for a while but hadn't been for a few months, the guy there today was super helpful and friendly, he not only suggested the bag drop but helped me when I opted to use this service. His customer service is amazing. He not only made the job a lot quicker but made my day as well ☺️

I've always had quick service here. Drop, register and go. No issues with refund times.

A great, clean facility. Parking on site. Machines are undercover. They have a stool so young ones can reach the machine. Trolleys also available. Love that it has a wash basin with soap and a hand dryer. Have always been able to find a staff member if I have a query.

260 bottles gave me $26 dollars. It came out as a Woolworths voucher but I thought it went to my bank account. So I lost that money after losing voucher. Call TOMRA who took 2 weeks to tell me someone else must have redeemed that voucher. Please do two things 1. Improve your computer service system where the customer service person can look up my member details and what I have cashed in. 2. Stop the Woolworth voucher option - send it to bank account only. So disappointed I want the $26 I would never donate it to Woolworths.
