PETstock was great. They have one of our favourite raw foods called Big Dog. Also, the girl behind the counter was super helpful in explaining the benefits of becoming a member so I joined on the spot. Highly recommend!

Brought some crickets for my lizards.. Opened the packet and there were only 5 alive crickets.. 13 dead ones. The other packet had like 30 alive crickets. Have to do a swap today because store manager won't approve of it tomorrow apparently. Have also brought 4 heat lamp bulbs for my lizards and they have all shattered through the lizards tanks.. every single of them. Won't be coming back.. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Reasonable sales. Mainstream fish. Mostly expensive for the average animal owner. Adopted a cat here from silver lining pet rescue I believe. And it is the best cat we have ever owned. Must of been the interactions with customers while waiting. So thanks.

Absolutely no help from the staff including the manager , who said she wasn't standing at the front while we watched the 4 staff chatting at the counter and not assisting with the customers needs after nearly 10 mins we walked out, will not ever spend a cent in there

The staff here are great. Always helpful and knowledgeable.The only thing I don't like is some packages of food has a lot of moths/eggs which has led to an infestation of little moths a few times once home but I don't know if that's the product company fault or not

Yasmin the dog groomer does an awesome puppy groom. The pricing in store is cheaper than anywhere else in town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We use the grooming service and our border collie always looks great after her clip and wash. Very happy with the service and how they take care of our pets
