Thanks to Kyla and team, helping to find a tenant within a week and moved in promptly and smoothly. The experience was seamless and professional. They also taken care of all maintenance payments so I get a summarised statement monthly. I'd recommend K&C to everyone looking for a professional agency.

Worst real estate agent ever had to deal with. The property manager we had Kyla never come around to fix any problems that we told her about before moving in. Never helped with any enquiries but was always quick to notify if we were late on rent. Dont recommend them

I have been with K&C for a number of years now to manage my investment property and I have found them to be a good company to deal with.They make sure that all the necessary checks and bits and pieces get done and that the property is well maintained by the tenants. And at the end of the FY I receive a concise statement that makes accounting easy!
