A lovely family dinner! We booked online, which was easy through the taverns google maps page, and when we rocked up we found a great table reserved for us. The girls had cocktails and they quickly disappeared as they were super tasty. We had their special potato skins for entree which were fantastic with the pulled pork. Followed up by the pork ribs, chicken burger and fish of the day (salmon) for mains. All were cooked perfectly and we will definitely be back again soon.

My black pepper prawns were lovely but the rice was one solid lump that even with knife and fork I could not separate! I had to send it back... the chef" made me a me lot of rice that was equally as gluggy and hard in the middle! Inedible!!!"

Recently visited for a Sunday lunch, nice relaxed atmosphere, happy friendly staff and lovely meal. I was given a choice of fried or grilled squid with my salad (I chose grilled) which was cooked perfectly and the salad itself was delicious with an extra flair rather than the usual garden salad.

OMG the slow cooked lamb shanks were amazing. Perfectly slow cooked wrapped in herbs and pastry on a bed of smooth mash with honey carrots and greens. Certainly recommend them for a great meal at a affordable price.

The venue and atmosphere is not that great - but if a sport bar feel with sport always playing however the food here is surprisingly good. The chef has down some great takes on classics and haven't eaten anything here that wasn't well presented and well cooked.The table and layout is simple but does the job for a decent local.

Very Large servings.300gm Rump $35.00 was overcooked very tough. Asked for medium rare however it came out Medium.Not a good cut of meat for the grill. Next time I hope to see a 250gm scotch fillet would suffice.
