Moved here a few months ago and thought I'd try these guys out to service my tractors and machines.I came in here 3 times to follow up a timeframe and quote to fix my tractor which was not starting.First time early October- all good, spoke to the maintenance manager, he took details of the tractor and my details.Second time a couple of weeks later- I went in to follow up and was told they needed the stamp plate (instead of having me come in they could have called)Third time a couple weeks later- couldn't find quote and started again from scratch.It's been well over 2 months almost three and still haven't heard back.Useless service.I ended up going to Brandt, got tractor serviced in 5 or 6 days.Avoid CMS, absolutely poor customer service.To CMS- If you don't want the job, just tell people instead of wasting their time. I certainly will not return, I certainly will not recommend.Do yourself a favour and go to Brandt.

CMS were brilliant in dropping off and collecting a 4 wheeler Can am for the Lachies Legacy Golf day Fundraiser. Brilliant service CMS team!!!
