Purchased a 'plug and play' cruise control for $659 expecting something of great quality. The manual is useless and looks like something printed at home. You actually need to pay for a professional installation otherwise you can damage your vehicle (or hurt yourself) as you need to dismount the wheel airbag (something I really advise against), soldier wires and modify the existing sockets of the car.I tried to return the item using the eBay option which gives you some details to return your item such as name, address, etc.The seller advised against this as apparently the provided address is not the correct one.They refused to give me another address and I pretty much ran out of options.
