Laura and Claudia are wonderful and come to wash our Labrador Billie every fortnight, she looks forward to it. They are friendly, always on time, excellent value for money and I highly recommend their service.

Laura and Claudia have been looking after Milly (a Bichon Frise) for a couple of years now, they are extremely professional, caring- they clearly love animals, trustworthy and do a marvellous job washing and clipping her. Recently, they didn't hesitate to take on Moby for me, he is also a Bichon who is a mite anxious to say the least. Mil and Moby look great after each visit - last visit they got Christmas bows!I do not hesitate to recommend their services. If you have a fluffy who needs a bath and/or a clip - give them a call.

The girls provide a wonderful service.Our Duke is scared of water, but with the girls’ patience and love for dogs , he is slowly starting to enjoy his bathsI would highly recommend the girls !

If you are looking for professionals, do not come here... these guys have a very bad physical appearance and they are not professionals, they left my dog in very bad condition and they laughed about it... I do not recommend them

So happy we found these girls who have been looking after our 2 Maltese crosses for about 18 months. They are particularly patient with our shy Spooky and he now gets excited to see them arrive. The girls are punctual and professional but more importantly they are caring, it's very obvious this is their passion.

Sent an online booking request then received a call back, spoke to a franchisee named Anna (Concord West area) and booked an appointment. I took a day off work for it. Waited until 15mins after they were supposed to be here then called only to be told that the booking wasn’t in the system and they didn’t know who I spoke to. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother with these guys, not worth your hassle.edit: Add liars to the list of flaws - see reply denying a member of staff named Anna and a screenshot of the text message confirming that Anna will call me. Shockingly bad form.

What can I say, these girls have totally changed the way my dogs feel about being groomed. They are patient, punctual, friendly, professional and the pricing is very competitive. I'm not sure the person that gave them 1 star is on about, although I have noticed that she is going around giving a lot of other groomers 1 star. I would highly recommend Jim's Dog Wash and Grooming Concord. Molly and Izzy LOVE them!

My two American Akitas look forward to their quarterly grooming with these girls. They come back absolutely spotless and so happy, oh their adorable new bows. They also do our ragdoll that gets a lovely shave all over and they handle her so well. Highly recommend!

Claudia and Laura have been grooming my cavoodle Louis for over 6 months it is so convenient, they are always punctual and do a fantastic job - Louis is excited to see them each time they come to our house - I have recommended them to many of my friends
