i remember the very first time we orded KFC from Booval , ( i was 16 , im now 63 .)we enjoyed it immensely . crisp hot tender chicken pieces, potato and gravy, fresh buns corn on the cob ... my how the mighty have fallen. ive never had such awful food in my life. top dollar of course for a pile of greasy disgusting ... you couldnt even class it as food or take away. the greasiest chicken that had been over fried so long it was dark brown and exploded batter. the chicken dark . well my treat is no longer . it will be the last time we ever order from Booval, the only thing remotely edible was the potato and gravy. there was no cutlery, serviette, wipe. Hubby had ordered only to be pushed down the line and wait for all the online orders. he was second in line in person at the store. the Kernel would roll over in his grave if he saw his food being served like this.NEVER EVER AGAIN, KFC youve lost US.

As a fellow KFC employee I can never say that I have not finished a meal from kfc until I ordered from the KFC Booval, the customer service is horrendous and the food is awful I found an earring in my food and to top it off the food was raw, I also witnessed one of your employees hop inside his Black Holden commodore sv6 and run over a small infant as he was leaving the store. I now drive a similar due to how easy it is for me to run over small children, the fact I didnt eat my food was most likely because i wasnt hungry, after i left i became hungry and then ran over a child and ate the tiny human child’s corpse.

Food was good, burgers were good, however way too much salt on the chips, drive thru was very slow, about 10-15 minutes too slow. But overall a good meal prepared properly, with almost no mistakes.

booval kfc team is very not with it, drive thru was slow atmosphere is disgusting used to be local after having multiple mess ups with my order won’t be going back! manager needs a rain check! maybe half the order wouldn’t be missing?

The freshest pieces of chicken & the most perfectly salted chips. It was quite busy at the time I was being served but they still managed to get my order out in a timely manner and without any errors made. Customer service was also great. Very happy and satisfied with my experience.

Have ordered delivery 2 times now first time waited 45 minutes and the only thing in the order was 3 drinks. 2nd time I ordered I got a boxed meal with some extra sides I waited almost 2 hours. The standards of this store have significantly dropped I will start going to brassall as yamanto and bundamba are no better

Reviewing fast food chains is usually useless because of the variability but tonight’s double tender burger was the best I’ve ever had from a KFC. Perfectly cooked tenders succulent juicy perfect sauce and fresh buns. Very happy tonight great work to the boys working there 20/5 9pm

My order tonight was perfect. Chips had extra salt ✅ burger was hot and had a good amount of mayo ✅ Gravy was hot and tasty ✅ Drink was ice cold ✅ Chicken was cooked perfectly and hot ✅ The crew on tonight did an awesome job and I’d definitely recommend KFC Booval!

This place is useless, the staff have no idea which order they are up to or no the sense urgency to pump out the orders on time. The staff a very untrained and don’t have enough food out for busy night, the staff are just standing around doing nothing or just twiddling their thumbs. Please hire staff that have sense of urgency and hire staff that actually want to work.
