MWNS has helped both my children. Their learning is coming along in leaps and bounds and their confidence is sky rocketing.Engaging my son is not an easy feat but Marianna nails it, she keeps him interested and wanting to Learn! My daughter can take awhile to open up but Marianna made her feel comfortable, connected and confident in the very first session! Both my children are kicking so many learning goals! I am a parent who really tries to ensure my kids are giving it a real go. Trying their very best (at their own level) and being good people in all areas of life.It was very hard to see my son struggle with his math. He was heading into year 6 and could not recount his times tables and division was like a foreign language. No matter how much we tried to help using different techniques, he simply had no interest to learn or retain the information.We decided to look into seeing a tutor and was sceptical of whether it was worth the money and time. Our initial thought was ...it's just 1 hour a week just like school. He had not leant much pre and during the covid years (and homeschooling highlighted the gaps in his learning). We were even more concerned he would not attend.However, from the moment we met our tutor, Marianna, he was excited to learn and from not knowing the simplest time tables, he knew all of them within weeks. He even did his homework without fuss. He also wants to continue his learning and asks to keep it going as he is proud of his own accomplishments.I highly recommend the company MWNS. Even if your child just needs a refresher, it's worth every penny.

Both my children have improved significantly since attending Maths Words Not Squiggles. I’ve been blown away by their progression. Marianna is absolutely amazing. She makes the lessons fun and engaging, I’m not sure how she does it but she keeps my kids focused for the entire lesson, which is normally a huge challenge. She is patient , friendly and nurturing! Both my children are so much more confident and it really warms my heart when they come home from school excited about a learning achievement, to see them so proud of themselves is worth every cent spent on tutoring!
