Very happy with the service I received. This company has moved me three times now and I have always found them professional and reliable. Their quotes are also very reasonable and they give me the option to take out insurance if I think necessary. I look forward to using Wayne Dick Removalist again in the future.

Leanne, the coordinator was at all times, pleasant, polite and clear with the explanations. Kept me updated with the movements of the furniture.The furnitures arrived safe and intact.Thank you as well to the delivery guys who did all the hard work. Some of whom I never met, I just want to say I appreciate all the lifting, transporting and making sure the furnitures arrive safely at the destination.It was a good team work overall.

This company is highly recommended. Having used removalist over 20 times in NSW, we can say this is by far the best company ever used.We moved over 350 kms & Trent & his crew were on time at pick up & drop off & got stuck into work & packed the truck in no time, including a Pianola.Trent communicated with us through out the process checking if any assistance needed, or checking if certain items were to stay, avoiding any surprises.The office communication was good, efficient & helpful.Trent and his assistant were both pleasant and in my view & above the normal in respect to customer service and overall professionalism.The price was right whilst not being absolute cheapest & only a little bit extra over the other quote, it was worth every cent in the overall cost.Will be using them again for sure, & give a deserved 10 out 10.

Wayne the owner is the rudest old man I have ever dealt with! His offsider was lovely but Wayne kicked my dog was swearing was told to leave my property .... not a nice way to treat customers going through a difficult separation....

Wayne and his team moved my whole apartment from Lithgow to the Blue Mountains. Wayne and his whole team are extremely friendly and easygoing and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They took all the stress out of moving and I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who is moving house.

I had the company pack and unpack for me and I couldn't ask for better service. Trent packed for me the day prior to removal and had finished by 3pm. The removal crew were on the road within 2 3/4 hours and were totally finished by 1.30pm. Very pleasant and helpful men. I'd thoroughly recommend them.

Moved from Broken Hill to Lithgow and the guys did an amazing job. We had it stored and it was a relief knowing how secure the lock-ups are, and very reasonably priced.
