Poor communication, supervisor changed hands numerous times and we were not informed once, many defects that were assured to us by our site supervisor would be repaired by handover and are still waiting months later. Regardless of the number of emails sent and phone calls made no one seems to be able to get important defects fixed for us. We are approx 2 weeks from out 3 month maintenance report and don’t even have significant defects from handover fixed yet. We are tired of the back and forth and fighting tooth and nail to get a product that we have paid a significant amount of money for. I don’t appreciate being outside in the heavy rain on a weekend at midnight trying to stop water entering under our front door. We are honestly exhausted by this and sadly have been hearing so many similar stories from other metro clients. We don’t know what it will take to get action.

We built our family home with Metro and couldn’t be happier. From walking into the metro office and choosing the house plans to moving into our home the whole process took just over 12 months.From the get go, they listened to what we wanted what we didn’t want and how he wanted our house. All the staff there are amazing and work with you to How do you want things done. We absolutely loved building with Metro Homes. From sales to our final walk through, all staff were beyond helpful and any issues we had were always addressed quickly. Metro helped us modify the design of the home we chose, giving us so many choices while working within our budget. We love our home and would choose Metro Homes for any future builds.

As first-time builders we found the thought of building daunting. After visiting numerous display homes and different companies. Metro stood out from the pack and provided us with the best service out of the lot.Our sales agent James was amazing and very helpful from the start went above and beyond our expectations in answering all our questions in a timely manner (and we had ALOT of questions). James helped us source land and was very helpful in the design process for our home.Once we moved into the next stage the good service continued from all the support staff in the office and communication was an open line throughout the build. Which we appreciated as being first timers. Selections was a very easy process.The build went smoothly, and our SS also provided amazing communication and went above and beyond during the process.PCI and handover went well, and we were very happy with the final outcome.We have had follow up since moving in from the office team and we appreciate the fact Metro did not just forget about us once we had handover but continued to provide a good service post build as well.We are that happy we have decided to build again with Metro.

Waiting three months post hand over for the fix of significant defects that we were originally told by our SS would be fixed before handover. We’ve been in our home for three months now and as first home buyers we absolutely loved our experience with Metro Homes. We weren’t surprised with any hidden costs and from start to finish there were quick responses to queries and excellent assistance in all aspects.During lock-up stage, our home was broken into and we were notified immediately and everything was fixed and handled very professionally.We would definitely build again with Metro and will be recommending them to family and friends. Our home built by Metro turned out exactly as we had envisioned! We are overall very happy with our build. There were hiccups throughout the construction as they’re are with any house build, but Metro had these all fixed with a reasonable time frame so that the build was not delayed. We absolutely loved the selection process! It was so fun choosing our colours and designs and we found the selections process was smooth! Metro has quite a few luxury items as they’re standard range which was surprised us! 2 months into living in our home and we couldn’t be happier :) Thanks everyone at Metro Homes!

I recently engaged Metro Homes for the construction of my new house, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with their services. The house was well-designed by Brian Bellinger, and the final outcome was in line with my expectations.Throughout the construction process, site supervisor Matt Rowan was great at keeping us in the loop. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had, and his attention to detail ensured that everything was done to perfection.Although there were a few minor delays with the construction, Metro CSR Rebecca communicated very well in relation to the delays and steps being taken by Metro to find alternative solutions, Her professionalism and excellent customer service skills made the entire process smooth and stress-free.Overall, I am very happy with the outcome of my new house, and I would definitely recommend Metro Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy construction company.Thank you, Metro Homes, for making our dream home a reality!
