Poor form - i was told to go to this office....they didn't know that no one will be there....I stood in cemtrelink line for ages....only to be told they are not working from the office"!!!"

Apparently they lost all of my files after waiting 2 years and i had to start again. Why doesnt anyone look into this corrupt company???
