The friendly staff helped me to choose exactly the right snowboard, boots and bindings, goggles and I even got some pants, jacket and gloves at a bargain sale price. As I am a newbie I tried many items before I could find the right fit, or technology for my needs. I was well advised and looked after throughout the whole experience.

Their prices are competitive but what stood out most to me was their customer service - their crew are some of the most helpful staff I've come across anywhere. With differences between brands and the change in sizing over the years, sometimes it can be quite challenging to match new equipment with what you already own - and since I was ordering online, the staff here took the time to make sure that what I was about to order would fit with my equipment. Instead of just relying on the manufacturer's sizing guide (which is a good start but usually not accurate, especially when matching between different brands), they physically checked that everything would fit and work well together.Shipping was excellent - items arrived very quickly and packaging was great (everything was well protected). Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with one of the items (not their fault, the product just wasn't what I had in mind) - I got in touch with them and again, they were very helpful and prompt - provided me with all the info I needed for the return, and the refund was processed literally within a day.The customer service here is second to none and I'll definitely order from them again precisely for this reason.
