We did the rainforest revival and flower sanctuary treatment today and it was a luxurious experience. It would be good if disposable underwear were provided. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful facility! I did the oceanic package & left feeling so refreshed. My skin was freaking out after a week-long camping trip & after the facial it is much improved. Recommend getting one of their body scrubs too. Really sweet staff who did not pressure me to buy products afterwards which I appreciated. Would definitely go back next time I'm in Byron.

Bestest massage/treatment experience I'll ever have in my lyf

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this Spa. An hour massage was more like 40 minutes of oil being poured on you and 5 minutes of aromatherapy. It wouldn’t have been so bad if we hadn’t tried to give constructive feedback to the hostess of the Spa which was ill received. Definitely the worst massage I have ever had.

Stayed at elements of Byron back in November and wanted to try out the spa as it was highly rated. We booked for the couples massage but due to covid we couldn't have bath ritual and we were still charged the same. The place is nice and well decorated. However, I had the worst massage of my life. For the price, you would expect high quality massage but it felt like my massage therapist (Michelle - not sure of the name) didn't know what she was doing. It felt like she was just running her hands through my skin, just pouring oil and not actually kneading /rubbing. I had to tell her three times to increase the pressure and she only finally did it during the last few minutes of my massage. I did not feel relaxed and was too busy regretting why I had paid $$$ for this service. My partner on the other hand felt the exact opposite. He thought that the pressure of the massage was too intense and he had suffered back pain the following day. Would not recommend this place!!! don't waste your money here. You're better off getting a thai massage at a cheap place.
