Had my eyebrows threaded and tinted, one eyebrow was half missing and not tinted. I asked for the eyebrow to be filled in and she said to just ‘draw it in’. Won’t be coming back.Older lady did my eyebrows. Didn’t even apologise.

Davinder is the best employee over here ; she done the best eyebrow . So poliet she is and do her job nicely.

Very long wait while employees talk and laugh with each other. Not even saying hello to their customers, just sitting them down and telling them to close their eyes while speaking offensive words in Hindi to their colleagues. (Yes I understand Hindi but I did not tell them) they were complaining about how they haven’t had their lunch break yet and how their lunch break is not long enough and talking bad about their management…

What a nightmare this session was!I went on Tuesday afternoon to get full face waxing and eyebrows threading done, and had to wait around 40 minutes (which is fine I didn’t make an appointment) I sat on the chair and the young woman with glasses started on my eyebrows without consulting if I wanted a cleanup/ new shape, which even my regular lady at the Tarneit branch does. She was actually quite nice, we were both conversing in Hindi, and then she asked me when in India I was from. I said I’m from across the border from Pakistan, and this is the point where everything when downhill. She went quiet and didn’t talk when I tried telling her there was some hair left (I had to get up off of the seat to see myself in the mirror because she didn’t hand me the small mirror to see). She then blamed me that the hair wasn’t coming out because I put something on before coming (I’ve been doing this for years and I definitely know I didn’t put lotion or sunscreen on). Before I told her I was from Pakistan, she told me she’ll just thread the hair that wasn’t coming out, this didn’t happen which means there was hair left after she finished. I didn’t see this hair at the salon because she told another client to come as soon as she finished with the waxing and I couldn’t say anything. They also usually put on aloe Vera gel after the waxing, she didn’t do it this time and I’ve gotten so many pimples!! Which is why I posted this review a few days later. There are patches of hair and hair growing after only 5 days because the hair wasn’t pulled from the follicle properly. Never never going to this branch again I’m going back to the Tarneit one even if I have to wait longer.

Just okay but if i have other options i wouldn’t. Have to ask few times because the lady that did my eyebrow didn’t clean it very well. She was annoyed when i asked few times and talking with other staff in their language. After that she offered me some after gel but i had to do it myself while the customer next to me the lady that serve her did it for her.

If I could give a 0 I would, the lady who did my eyebrows stuffed it up so badly! It was so uneven and even took off the front bit of my brow. They are so uneven and it looks horrible now I have to tint my brows to make it even. When i told her one looked bigger then the other. She decided to respond with no, it’s just the shape of your brows. No it’s not are you good in the head? Not the mention I booked a Brazilian wax and tried to call them to cancel because there customer service is that horrible, they ignored my call. I called twice no one answered. Such a disgrace any other brow place is better then this place honestly. They’re rude and should learn how to do there jobs correctly.Wont ever catch me here EVER…!

my partner who visited your store on 19/01/2023 around 7:00 to 7:30 pm was denied of any service just because she was on a wheelchair and couldn’t transfer to a salon chair, which is not accessible. One of the ladies said she has back pain and couldn’t bend, that is totally understandable but the other lady could have done my partners eye brows while she was on her wheelchair. This is discrimination and not a “fair go”.Update:No one called me or my partner as per reply below, what a shameless people & venture. Really pathetic.

I went once for my Threading . It was good on that time as the lady was too good . Now she is not working there when I asked them about that girl for my second visit. The girl were talking with me was very rude and she is talking while eating her food , so I step out from the shop . I prefer not to go in the shop because of inappropriate behaviour of the staff.

There is no zero star option so I'll give it a one. I got my eyebrows tinted and asked for just a shade darker, dark blonde/verrrrry light brown, and this is what I got. Black. The girl applied the tint then left for 15 minutes to serve other customers and talk to her friends, then when I said they were too dark she tried blaming me, telling me I should have asked for light, and that the tint will wash out very quickly. I've washed my eyebrows several times now and have even applied bleach in an attempt to lift the colour, but no, still black. I will be calling and asking for a refund. I've been to other Brow Parlours before and they're usually great, but this one is an absolute dud.

Worst service and very unprofessional behaviour shown by Dhiwinder who served me today, she refused to listen to my inputs about how I wanted my eyebrows to be done inspite of charging a $18 for the same. When I tried to request that she makes a bit of corrections as it was looking odd and asymmetric to me she has refused blatantly, saying I don’t care if you complain …. Cannot believe there can be such a worst service and attitude…
