Best Cuts & Colours

Came to get some face framing layers and bangs and was done extremely poorly. The bangs don’t blend into the hair has been cut in a boxy blunt way looks like a 5 year old has cut my hair. Highly don’t recommend very unprofessional

Burnt my scalp and now I have a huge swollen bump on the back of my head. Also my hair is literally pealing and falling out of my head. I had also told them about my hair history, like how I've bleach it before multiple times. And within the last year, I'd bleach and dyed my hair at least four or five times.They said they used 30 volume, but I've been using 30 volume and 20 volume before when bleach my hair, and it most certainly did not burn my scalp.I will most certainly not go back and will tell my friends and family about this. And to think they charged me $109 just for half hair colouring, but get my scalp burned. I don't think my scalp will be the same from now on. It's damaged and I'm here trying to save as much hair as I can. And to think they didn't tell me anything afterward, like how to treat my burned scalp or even how to hydrate my hair back, but just left. The service is just terrible.

Complete and utter rip off, got overcharged immensely for substandard blowave. $75 for mid length hair. All the top salons charge fairly, this one hasnt. I will not be coming back.

I got my hair layered and dyed dark purple and the ladies were great and pricing was so good. Recently has a bad experience and they didn't damage my hair these ladies were honest and gave me a great dark purple with no bleaching! Not from the area but I will return for my next appointment!

I have been here a few times. They seemed to be more reliable pre-Covid and perhaps dare I say more honest. I have been over charged twice. I am silly for thinking it would not happen again. It must just be common practice now. Literally just tell you a price then put an extra $10 on top then you tap and go- exact same thing both times at the register.It was my mistake for giving them another chance. My hair wasn’t cut straight last time. And it was not cut straight again. I paid extra for a blow wave it wasn’t that noticeable until I got home and it was washed, but the stylist should have noticed it before she brushed and blew it out.Anyway, I don’t recommend. Save yourself the hassle and your money. Just book in somewhere.

I have been at this Salon a few times and most of the time only one basin worked and the others were out of order.However, when I went there last week-end for a simple blow dry even the single working basin had no hot water at all.I was sent to Hair To hair" salon a few doors up to have my hair washed and by an inexperienced young lady who had no idea how to wash hair in general.I then had to go back to "best cut" to finish drying my hair.The whole process took more than two hours

I have had the possibly worst blow wave at this place, she was rough and careless and rude at the beginning.She then proceeded to charge me $85??? For the most sloppy blow wave that was so tangled and covered with hairspray and not to mention completely frizzy.Do not go to this place if you want to be overcharged for something that isn’t worth it.
