Edit: the photos showed every scratch on the skis. When the Tech looked at the ski’s he wouldn’t explain why it would cost any extra than the quote, he just flatly said that what it cost and if I wanted it done that’s what I’d have to pay. It’s all fine and well saying you only confirm the price after seeing the skis, but having someone drive an hour out and then changing the price for no reason is sketchy as.Untrustworthy. I wish I had read Dayne's review regarding price changes before visiting this store.Called ahead to ask whether a ski tune/wax could be done in the one day. Was asked to send photo's. Store agreed to have them done for $79 plus $30 for repairing some minor scrapes; expensive, but I thought I'll give them a go.Drove an hour down to the store only to have the ski tech up the price for some very minor P-tex repairs to $50. No explanation why the price had changed from what was quoted on in the detailed photos. Then the ski tech told me I was jumping the line to get the ski's done today and I should have had them in earlier - fair enough, maybe that's true, but I asked you on the phone and you said yes, if you didn't want to do the job in a day you could have just said no.I was left feeling a deep distrust for this store and I won't be returning. Such a shame after all the other positive ski shop experiences I have had elsewhere in the world where tech's are trustworthy, upfront and helpful.

Visited today to get our family of four kitted out. Michelle was absolutely fantastic, sorting us all out with ease. So professional, and provided excellent advice.Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Recommend you don't either.Thanks again, Sam.

Terrible service, refused to fix my favourite board and suggest I buy a new board from them. Have since had it fixed like new with no issues. Felt like they just couldn't be bothered. I was also going to buy additional equipment, so they did themselves out of over a $1k worth of business. Would not recommend.

I would be careful buying the ex rental ski gear from this place. It's over priced for what you get, and when I wanted to exchange it for another size, even having my receipt, they refused. I did mention to them that second-hand gear is treated under the same consumer rights as new gear, but they argued the fact. We'll see what ACCC comes back with.** To add to my feedback since I've seen your response, I didn't want a refund, only an exchange as the size wasn't quite right. Also I didn't see at the time of purchase that the hoodie of the jacket was all discolored, so not great quality for the price we paid. As a family business I would have thought you'd be more open to exchange as we also purchased a lot of other stuff in your store on that day. Highly disappointed.

Awesome ski shop. Super friendly staff and great products.I went in for a look and was immediately greeted by the excellent staff. Although I didn’t purchase anything today, next time I need something I know exactly where I will be heading. 5* customer service.

The service team is the best in class in SEQ. Their support and knowledge of all equipment, maintenance and new product knowledge is terrific. I always use them for tune-ups, storage wax and counsel on my next board purchase etc. It's my go-to shop pre and post-trips year in and year out.

Had a great boot fitting appointment with Rosie for myself (ski boots) & my husband (snowboard boots). Rosie spent time with us explaining loads and was patient and thorough. We are very happy with the boots purchased & the fabulous service we received this morning! Thanks Rosie :)

Thank God, there is a professional snow shop near me and even better is, that they are awesome. They have looked after my skiing needs for 8 years now, never a complaint. The friendly service and warm welcome every time I enter the store.Paul has looked after my technical ski needs for years. I have a confidence knowing, Paul looks after my skis, as if they were his own and that gives me confidence on the slopes.They have a wide range of excellent quality snow gear.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Friendly staff, good selection of products and services. There can be a slight delay or wait time on some of the services, however, they are upfront about it and doesnt really pose an issue.
