Couldn't recommend more. Needed help with a machine purchased 12 years ago and Tim responded right away and had a part ready to be sent to me that same day.Unreal customer service! Makes an investment in one of their machines totally worth it for that level of service.

I have just purchased the Infiniti TT3500 Total Trainer from the Total trainer website. The service was great really quick! The trainer itself offers so much for the whole family and because it can change the resistance levels it means we can all use it. During Covid times it has made it difficult to exercise at the gym parks etc especially with kids at home. This is a great option! I have found plenty of videos on You tube and the after sales service has been great.
