Personal Training Pinjarra Hills
I started paragliding in 2012. It’s a great sport! Over the years I have set myself a goal of cross country (XC) flying where we follow the thermals for as long as the weather and daylight allows. Good, long distance flying is dependent on good decision making in flight to find the best line and, most importantly, to fly safe! Fatigue is a real issue when you’re in the air for hours on end.I planned to fly the vast ranges and valleys of North Macedonia in 2019 and while my skills were pretty good, my fitness was below average. Pre-trip, I decided to improve my fitness level and mental resilience and joined the Small Group Training (SGT) program at Personal Training, Pinjarra Hills under the expert direction of Quentin Johnson. The training is well structured to suit my flying goals and has genuinely improved my overall fitness, mobility and wellbeing. Quentin and his team of trainers are highly skilled and empathic, and the SGT group are encouraging and super friendly.I’m flying as well as I could ever imagine. Next year, I intend to take on a 10 day fly, hike and camp expedition across the French, Swiss and Italian Alps. Thank you, PT Pinjarra Hills!Steve WorleyDecember 2022
