Went and did grocery shopping today at this Coles store. Found most items easily and at a good price. Experience at the checkout was fantastic and it was wonderful to be served by a delightful Emily who was lovely. She quickly scanned our groceries with a smile!

One star for today's service! (12/8/22) ... At roughly 3:20 pm the young Indian (?) girl at the self checkout was the WORST service I've ever received from a supermarket. She was absolutely clueless to using the self checkout when the machine asked for service. I was going to pay foe my items with a Coles online giftcard which the scanner wàsnt working to scan the barcode so I asked her kindly if she could manually put it through and she tells me that she doesn't know how, can't do that and told me to go to the actual checkout which had two trolleys full, um yeah no way. She had no care at all about helping me or getting help herself if she doesn't know how to" and her lack of knowledge of the job is pathetic. How can a staff member be allowed to look after self checkouta when they can't even do a gift card payment!?"

No Vegemite but a hundred different kinds of pappadams and butter chicken? Not very Australian! This is the capital of Australia, not New Delhi, Mumbai etc. As an Australian with an Aussie palate, I would like to be able to purchase ingredients to cook Aussie food when I am at home. When I want to eat a different type of cuisine, I will go to a restaurant. This is Australia but you are forcing us to forget our identity. Australian culture is becoming extinct. Staff at this store are not only rude but completely incompetent. Today I was injured by a staff member when they ran me over with a stock trolley. No apology, they laughed and kept on going.

Local coles - quite small compared to other ones such as gungahlin. If people are wondering where it is located, it’s beside kmart on the second floor.

Reasonable Coles. Roast chicken located on a small vertical heating rack just at the end of the fruit and veg, no deli but deli pre-packs around the corner from hot chooks, good enough selection, bakery products opposite end from fruit/veg.

This is a big store with a good layout.They do need more checkouts open at peak times. The self serve can get very frustrating with a medium to large shop.

I love coles, however I don't shop at this store as there is no deli, I don't want a store to dictate how much I should buy. I am a pensioner and EVERY DOLLAR counts so telling me I must buy a certain amount when I only need half is ludicrous. But I love Coles, so I go to Wanniassa.

Just completed my shopping at coles whist shopping asked staff named “ Will “ to tell me the price of an item on the shelf with no price point . I Was told to go scan it myself at the self serve check out he was too busy …. He was standing next to me with a bar code gun in his hand .. he walked off then came back when he saw me read his name tag and said begrudgingly “ I’ll do it if you want “ like I was making him do something out of his capability’s as a coles staff member . His attitude let’s your company and customers down

Normally I'm good to go at Woden Coles, but the computer said you had nine of the Five : am Organics Natural (as in plain) Yoghurt.There was none. So I had to go to Tuggers. I was trying notvto do the driving around thing.

Went in for some water.A lovely worker named Liam approached my wife and my son. He offered him a hi5 and really cheered him up after a rough day.Liam is an absolute asset to your store.
