These guys are untruthful con artist. They claim to be the builders but they are not. I recently found out they didn't even build there display house. They just rent then out and claim they built then. Very disappointed with there quality, service. I'm talking about Evan and Derek. Do not trust this company.

ZERO star for me. We are first home buyer with home and land packege. Very disappointed again and again. Jobs so slow they don't have workers. Hard to contact them. Never rely mail or phone. They will contact you only need extra money. Very stressful and frustrating indeed.We move in the house and find out they didn't do the plumbing properly now we don't have hot water and no gas to use.Same they'll never pick up your phone.

They are threatening clients saying they would stop the construction job unless we pay immediately even before reaching to the payment deadline. They don’t care whether clients are directly connected with the bank or not (My loan broker is helping with this). Austwood just keeps pushing until they get paid. I dont feel its right process to push clients harshly who dont have control over bank’s payment process.

Even though it was late, they always gave me quick responses and cool answers when I asked. It is generally satisfactory. Thanks to this, I was able to purchase good-priced property.

Just got notification my lot is registered. So far I'm happy, it was hard to choose the design because the design I wanted (with double garage) was expensive. In the end I went with the cheaper one but they agreed to do more garage although they charged more money.
