Wow wow wow! What an absolute delight it was to deal with the team at Park Avenue Floors. From the first point of call, Kaylene was wonderful, accomodating and just so easy to deal with. We had our floors sanded and polished. David did an exception job and the feedback from family and friends was incredible. Good old fashioned customer service which doesn't come by often

If I could give Steve and Kaylene and 6 stars I would. I had hardwood floors buffed and resurfaced with OSMO hard wax oil. Kaylene was a delight to communicate with and Steve did a beautiful job, including reviving a damaged kitchen floor that now looks as good as the rest of the flooring - he's careful, meticulous and checked in a few days later to see that it was settling OK. Highly recommend!

Sanded and polished floors whilst we went away, did a great job the jarrah floors and stairs look fantastic. Steve was not happy with a couple of the steps in the stairs so he sanded them back and re coated them. He is a perfectionist.

Look no further, these are the people you want to be installing and/or repairing your flooring. I found Kaylene and Steve through the Australian Timber Flooring Association after a disastrous floating flooring installation by another company.I wish I had done my due diligence earlier and employed Steve and Kaylene to install my floors. It would have saved me a lot of time and stress.Kaylene explained in detail the process they undertake in installing floors, the care, thorough-approach, professionalism and high expectations they set for themselves is a testament to their quality of workmanship.
